Asil here is a visual recipe for those of you still trying to figure out your quantities. This is one of the
goodies favourites.
Green Goods Smoothie
Handful organic spinach
2 sprigs flat OR curly parsley
1 stalk organic celery
1 organic pear
1 organic fuji apple
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1 date, pitted (optional)
4 cups
filtered water
Blend until smooth, should make two servings.
We like adding hemp to our smoothies at THE GOODS, 2 tablespoons has up to 11g of protein, and we all know
plant protein is where it's at right!
