We all know staying hydrated is important, but getting our 8+ glasses of water a day can sometime feel like a chore. Why not infuse your water with aromatic mint leaves to make it more enjoyable. By soaking a few sprigs in filtered water overnight you'll get an extra dose of vitamin c, iron and antioxidants while calming your digestive system. Add a couple drops of stevia for sweet mint water and sip away all day. Mint is easily grown in doors year round, and it's really quite refreshing.
