My year started with welcoming everyone into the home we built for the Goods. It was a wild time but it felt completely blessed. Through that single entrance at 1255 Dundas countless good vibes flow in and out. Sweeping more and more people into my life with new ideas, perspectives and experiences to exchange, all because there was a space, this place. I feel I know myself better, I was asked some hard questions and found some unexpectedly obvious answers. I learned an up is always followed by a down, followed by an up so I just go with it. If I need to loud laugh I do since I can't help it anyway. If I'd rather hangout with myself I will and really good people will come and go, so I enjoy them while I am able. Right now, in this moment, just hours before my shiny new year is revealed, surrounded by spectacular friends and family I feel like myself. I am happy and above all I am thankful. Jump 2014 Change 2013

Looking back at the year as the final day of 2013 arrives, I feel as if I've climbed my largest mountain yet. I'm standing at the top looking down in awe at the distance covered, the places I fell down or backwards, the places I triumphed and all the places I danced along that stream of tears both happy and sad. A feeling of wooziness rushes over me from these new heights. Things feel different up here, I feel different. Excited about the accomplishments and a little scared too, everything is so new. So what next? I could climb down but I think I'll jump, arms wide, eyes open, my soul filled with love and trust, nothing to lose and everything to gain. Happy 2014 goodies, thanks for seeing us through our best year yet and when the clock strikes I hope you take a leap into the new year's amazing adventures. Much love from THE GOODS. Change 2013

Canadian Pennies We've all collected pennies and been amazed at how fast they add up.
Same goes for change in your life, just start collecting. Don't worry about the ultimate outcome as I promise you have no idea what it can be or even what you want it to be just move forward, start to collect. Change adds up more quickly than you think.People like to talk to me about how I changed careers and have built something new for myself, then they like to read me their list of all the reasons why they can't do what I did, and how I'm lucky. Weellll I don't buy that, maybe they can't do exactly what I'm doing but that's because it's for me to do and there is something exactly right for them, for all of you.
Change is addictive, once you start making little changes you get hooked and see how possible it is for big change.Thank you all so much for 2012, for your supportive emails and all the beautiful changes you've made this year we're so proud. Here's to a big, shiny, really good 2013.
