Oh delicious! I had a bunch of stuff in the fridge and decided to make a green juice, I've been so green smoothie crazy lately I've been neglecting the green juice. And let me tell you it was delicious spicy-sweet goodness. It has a little more fruit than I'd usually go with, but all good for you nonetheless. Clean Out The Fridge 2 organic sweet oranges, juiced 1 organic lemon, juiced 1 organic fuji apple 2 organic carrots 1/2 bunch of parsley 2 leaves of organic kale 2" chunk of ginger 2 tsp turmeric Juice (squeeze) the citrus first to use as your liquid base (no water added). Add remaining ingredients to blender, blend on high for 45 seconds at most. Pour through a nut milk bag and drink. Remember juice loses it'd goodness fast once fiber is removed, so store in a size appropriate glass jar for no more than 12 hours.
