12 Hour What?

So I’m not for fasting. It kinda frightens me. Oh sure I see and understand the mechanics and appreciate the good it can do for your body (if done properly)┬ábut I’m not ready for it. Or am I? So was chatting to a friend the other day who is back to fighting weight again after a long struggle and when asked about said success, fasting was a huge component.

But we’re not talking fasting during daylight hours, we’re talking about the sleep fast. Huh? Oh yes, the not snacking after dinner bit. Wait a minute, I can do that. There are a lot of benefits from giving your body a break, not to mention cutting back on unnecessary extra calories right? Hey listen, you’ll always find an argument for and against anything you try. So listen to your body – it usually knows best.
