Swap the processed table salt and buy yourself some mineral salt. A quality salt naturally has 84 minerals and trace elements. That’s something our body can use and we can’t live without those minerals.
Refined salts are bad news, they can leach calcium from your bones, cause water retention, high blood pressure and increase your appetite. Mineral salts actually provide minerals, when looking for a salt you want something that is slightly discoloured, pink or grey. A very white salt likely means it’s been process and striped of any value.
