Tired of bottled marinades and dressings? Bored of the taste, bored of what’s out there and not-so-impressed that everything has ingredients you can’t pronounce? Bored of me sounding like an infomercial? Then keep on reading…
I was introduced to this recipe this summer by my brother in-law and quickly realized it was a triple threat. It’s a marinade AND a dressing AND a sauce. What more could you ask for?
Combine the following ingredients:
3 tbsp ground sesame paste (a.k.a tahini)
3 tbsp tamari
1 head of garlic, crushed or finely chopped
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
1 tbsp minced ginger (optional)
Slap it on a salad, marinate some tofu in it or drizzle it on some quinoa & avocado. The possibilities are endless. Totally yummy! Riiiiight?!!!
