Morning Smoothie

About to run out the door for Cat’s and needed my smoothie to start the day. It started out disgusting and I pretty much auto barfed, but with the addition of an orange and ginger it turned into delicious!

1 head of bok choy
1 apple
1/2 cucumber
1 orange
1/2″ piece of ginger
2 cups water

Wash, chop, blend until smooth.
